FAQs

What type of appointment do I schedule?

  • The easiest way to schedule is on our online booking app (click any of the ‘Book Appointment’ buttons on our website). If you have never been to Lux before, then please schedule a ‘New Patient Appointment’ and fill out the short intake/consent

  • If you are on a treatment plan or have purchased a treatment package, then you can schedule as an ‘Existing Patient Appointment’

  • If you have been to Lux for an exam within the last year but would like to do a drop-in treatment, then please schedule a ‘Drop-in Adjustment’

Do you accept insurance?

  • Lux Chiropractic accepts patients seeking care for personal injury cases, including those related to automobile accidents. However, we do not bill medical insurance companies directly. Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service and may seek reimbursement from their insurance provider for out-of-network coverage if applicable

  • HSA/FSA cards are accepted

  • Packages, monthly payment plans, student discounts, and pay-per-visit options are available to make sure care is affordable

Do you take X-rays?

  • We do not take X-rays in-house but will refer out as needed for any necessary imaging

  • If you do have pictures of your X-rays, an X-ray report, and/or an MRI report, feel free to show them to the doctor to help with your treatments
